Nicola Campbell is an experienced leadership coach and mentor, team coach and facilitator with skill in supporting people in high-level personal and professional learning. Since 1988 she has specialised in leadership development and transformation in the business and health communities. Together with her colleagues she has established a strong presence and expertise in putting together and facilitating Leadership Development Programmes that embed coaching cultures as the vehicle to achieve remarkable results.
"Using warmth and humour I inspire intentional change by questioning your attitudes, 'hitting the nail on the head' and getting you to see and understand how your leadership and communication affects others. I believe that as soon as you have awareness you can create choice, and with choice comes the possibility of intentionally making the necessary changes to help move yourself and your business forward successfully.
Working with the challenges you face in your day-to-day life, Nicola will help you see these from alternative perspectives. It is her experience that most people know quite well how to make their working lives better, but they lack the time and the distance to actually make those necessary changes.
“My approach gives you the clarity you need to not only improve your own performance, but also to create a healthier performance culture in your workplace. Too often people in businesses and organisations feel as though difficulties are insurmountable. But this is rarely true.
It’s Nicola’s firm belief that growth and development intrinsically want to manifest. Most people would rather shine at work and life than be dulled by it. She encourages you to be informed by all aspects of life and self: body, spirit, mind, emotions and your environment.
She is a Certified in Professional Coaching and Mentoring with Global Resonance, and Deep Coaching with the Deep Coaching Institute, facilitator of the Spirited Leaders Smart and Soul Programmes, programme coach for Leadership New Zealand and trustee for Ecomatters. Her continuing study in leadership development, jungian psychology along with the integration of an Enneagram-based approach to the practice of presence embodied change means she draws on a broad base in order to work with the unique needs of the individuals and groups she works with.
